SiamEntry (siamentry.com) is a private travel assistance service. We are not affiliated with the Thai Government.
2. Information We Collect
- Personal details: full name, date of birth, gender, nationality
- Passport information: passport number (for TDAC submission only)
- Contact information: email address, phone number
- Travel details: flight number, arrival and departure dates, accommodation address
- Payment information: processed entirely by Paddle — we never see or store your card details
3. How We Use Your Information
- Submit your TDAC application to the official Thai government portal
- Send you confirmation and delivery emails
- Process your payment via Paddle
- Maintain records for customer support purposes
4. Data Storage
Your application data is stored securely on our server. We retain records for 12 months for customer support, after which they are deleted. Payment processing is handled entirely by Paddle.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except:
- With the Thai Immigration Bureau via the official TDAC portal (the core purpose of our service)
- With Paddle for payment processing
- With Google Analytics for anonymised usage analytics
6. Cookies and Analytics
We use Google Analytics (G-6VTFE0LR2F) to understand how visitors use our site. This data is anonymised. You can opt out via your browser settings.
7. Your Rights
You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@siamentry.com. We will respond within 30 days.
